Cook-Kind Shipping Policy

Every Cook-Kind product is made to order. This means your gear is produced specifically for you after your order is placed rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, although production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production is complete and varies based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take a short time to update after the shipping label is created.

Multiple Shipments

Some Cook-Kind products may be produced at different fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact Cook-Kind with your order number and details about the problem. For damaged products, please include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
